Blood Moon Ritual is a ritual exclusive in the Blood Moon Festival update.
This ritual is unlocked by default in the update.
Before October 19th 2024, the ritual was only usable from October 24th, to November 10th 2022. Now you are able to use the ritual whenever, but the time range is not yet known. Happy Halloween!

After performing the rituals, for 3 days, ghosts will linger around your Cult's base. Catch the ghosts to unlock exclusive Follower forms and Decorations.
- The ghosts will only appear if you have at least 1 dead Follower.
- The ghosts will take the appearance of your dead Followers. You can still resurrect your Followers after catching their ghosts.
Each time you catch a ghost, you will receive 1 random item that are one of the followings:
- Follower forms: Cursed Crow, Vampiric Demon or Skeletal Wendigo
- Decorations: Blood Moon Candle, Blood Moon Skull, Blood Moon Tree or Blood Moon Pumpkin
If all the items have been unlocked, catching ghosts will give you 3 Divine Inspiration points instead.
