It is used to use the Alter in your Temple to declare new Doctrines for your cult to follow.

It is made of Commandment Stone fragment, which are mostly given as rewards when Follower level up. 3 pieces make a full Commandment Stone.

Obtaining

Obtaining a Commandment Stone fragment can be done by the following:

• Get 3 fragments in the room when Ratau guides the Lamb in the second(?) run.
• When Follower level up.
• Forneus' shop sells 1 fragment.
• One of the possible rewards for defeating bosses.
