The Crypt is a building in Cult of the Lamb that was added after release.[when?]
Description[]
The Crypt is a mound with grass or moss growing on top of it with dirt barely visible on the bottom, with a red wooden door with three vertical bars and two horizontal bars inside of the window and a white candle on top of the structure and two sets of three stones in front of the structure. On the door is a white engraving of an eye with small crosses above and below it and six lines on the left and right.
Strategy[]
It is an alternative to resurrection, allowing the Lamb to conserve building space when it comes to Shelter. However, eventually, space will run out inside of the Crypt since the Crypt can only store up to 5 corpses unless it is upgraded to the Crypt II which is then upgraded to the Crypt III.
Trivia[]
- Looking inside the Crypt will reveal many red eyes in the darkness of the building.
