The Egg Meal is a ★★★ cooked type of food in Cult of the Lamb.

It's a sunny-side-up egg in a bowl made out of green leaves wrapped tightly together.

- Revert Elder Followers back to Youth (except for Dr. Sozonius).
Strategy[]
- This dish costs one egg yolk, which is expensive considering the faith loss for cracking an egg and the requirement of one Sin for (hopefully) an egg creation. Ensure you only use this for specific followers, for whom you want to retain their youth after they grow old. Alternatively, save up resources for Ritual of Resurrection, or gamble with Mystic Seller for a Golden Skull Necklace, which gives immortal trait.
Notes[]
- Only Elder Followers will eat this meal and immediately so, even if Ritual Fast is in effect or if they are already full. Most other followers will not touch this meal, even if they are starving.
- If the Lamb eats the egg meal by themself, they will gain a blue heart.
