Glory Through Toil is a ritual in Cult of the Lamb.
Description[]
Rituals. Followers wont sleep or get exhausted in 3 days. Lose 15 Faith. Similar to Rite of Lust Ritual, where the followers do not work for the day, except you get an increase in loyalty rather than sin.
Strategy[]
It's advisable to make sure the base is well set up for the continuous work before embarking on a crusade after performing this ritual. Well-stocked farming setups and a good number of Lumberyards and Stone Mines are a good method to exploit the extra productivity, while Shrines and Tabernacles would quickly reach capacity limits when there is no other work available.
Followers will still lose faith from a lack of sleeping spaces while this ritual is active, and they still get tired from Missionary tasks or after being used as demons. Sick followers can and should also still be ordered to rest even while this ritual is active.
