Golden Fertiliser is a resource and variant of fertiliser to farm crops. When cleaned up, Golden Fertiliser will provide Gold. When a crop has Golden Fertiliser as fertiliser and the crop is fully grown, when you harvest the crop it will drop Gold as well as the crop.
The Royal Pooper trait guarantees that the follower will always generate golden fertiliser. This trait also makes it so that the follower will never use outhouses.
