The Golden Skull Necklace is an item added with the Relics of the Old Faith update. It is similar in appearance to the Skull Necklace but differs in its ability. The Golden Skull Necklace grants a follower the immortal trait, which is a trait previously exclusive to The One Who Waits.
It should be noted, that this necklace does not protect followers whilst they are on missionary runs.
Obtaining[]
It is one of the possible necklace options available as a reward during the Mystic Seller's (or whatever you named them) spin wheel mechanic, which occurs after being given a God Tear.
