The Hatchery is a building in Cult of the Lamb. Egg from mating tent can either be cracked to eggnog at the drinkhouse or cooked into egg meal to grant a follower youth.

The Hatchery appears to be a nest that consists of green leaves and light brown sticks.
Uses[]
The Hatchery was first introduced in the Sins of The Flesh update. It is used to hatch the eggs made in the Mating Tent. When an egg is ready for hatching, it’ll be slightly cracked. Just approach it, and you’ll get a button prompt to hatch the egg.
It is also possible to increase the loyalty of the future follower by tending to its egg once a day. A red heart icon will appear above them when they need tending.
It takes about 5 days for an egg to hatch. Multiple hatcheries can be constructed.
Eggs can be put in the nursery when they hatch.
