Heket
At a point (as a follower) she will ask you to see her temple again, to travel with you thought the demon circle. Once you take her demon form with you at Anura, in the starting room you get a weapon a curse and -additionally- the Heket's Throat relic. Clear all the rooms 'till her Temple, don't use the portal. The boss room will be empty, but the traps still active; there Heket will ask you to give her the Heket's Throat relic, when you do you will receive the Cleansed Heket's Throat relic that replaces the former. After that Heket will be able to talk to you normally. This will complete the Old Wounds quest.
