This necklace can be given to a follower to increase their chance of success while doing a Missionary Expedition. It is one of the possible necklace options available as a reward during the Mystic Seller's spin wheel mechanic, which occurs after being given a God Tear.
Trivia[]
This necklace depicts a Red Crown and some form of text. there is no known meaning of this, but it could possibly be a warning/spell to ward off threats to the follower. There is no evidence to support the "spell" idea, since there is no written magic seen in Cult Of The Lamb.
