It's a golden brown thick liquid with five brown spots of varying size across it's surface. The bowl is made out of green leaves wrapped tightly together.

Strategy[]
With this dish having a 5% chance of causing illness compared to the 10% chance of the Pungent Fish Stew, it's a better gamble to feed your cult Paltry Pumpkin Soup over Pungent Fish Stew.
However, compared to the downside of the Basic Berry Bowl & the Stringy Meat Gruel, it isn't by that much and unless you have a Healing Bay and enough Camellias to spare, it's not a great risk to take.
