Ritual Fast is a ritual in Cult of the Lamb.
Description[]
Rituals. For 3 days, followers won't eat, and the Hunger bar is locked. -30 Faith.
Strategy[]
This ritual, especially when combined with the Brainwashing Ritual, allows the player to repeatedly run crusades for an extended period of time with little consequence. Though Faith is lowered, this is an excellent way to conserve food while gathering more in the meantime. The ritual replenishes the Hunger Bar to full before locking it, so the player doesn't need to fill the Hunger bar before performing this ritual.
