Sinner's Pride is a ritual in Cult of the Lamb that was added in the Sins of the Flesh update.
Description[]
Choose a Follower to hold all the sins of the other followers to be absolved three times in a row. Be wary of using this ritual with the Follower that you wish to keep, as usually this ritual results in the follower being absolved more than three times, resulting in the Follower disappearing in a dark pit of ichor and thus being marked as a damned. To get them back you need to find them again 3 times during your crusades, and beat them. They will be sent back to your cult.
Strategy[]
- This is useful if you need to absolve the sins of multiple followers quickly or if you need a quick retrieval of Sins.
- Followers age normally even outside of the cult, so make sure to give your follower a Golden Skull Necklace beforehand.
Trivia[]
- The name of the ritual is referencing pride, one of the Seven Deadly Sins alongside Greed, Wrath, Sloth, Envy, Gluttony and Lust. The other rituals that are based on the Seven Deadly Sins are the Rite of Wrath, the Gluttony of Cannibals and the Rite of Lust.
- Out of the original sin-based rituals, Sinner's Pride and the Gluttony of Cannibals are the only ones that do not have the words "rite of" in their names.
