Smuggler's Sanctuary is a location in Cult of the Lamb.
It is accessible after you have encountered Plimbo in Anchordeep.

Plimbo[]
You can give Plimbo Eyes of the Witness in exchange for Holy Talisman fragments. After you get all 4 Holy Talisman fragments from Plimbo, he will erect a small shrine in Smuggler's Sanctuary that generates Devotion. The shrine can hold up to 15 Devotion points. After defeating The One Who Waits and the witnesses, the shrine will no longer be present as the witnesses have appeared once again.
Tarot Card shop[]
The Tarot Card shop sells 3 cards: The Bomb (40 
Coins), Ichor Lingered (40 Coins) and Soul Snatcher (50 Coins).
Decoration shop[]
The shop sells decorations in "General" and "Anchordeep" categories. The costs are 25 Coins for General decorations, 50 Coins for Path-type decorations, and 100 Coins for Anchordeep decorations.
Follower form booth[]
The Follower form booth in Smuggler's Sanctuary sells forms in "Anchordeep" category for 30 Coins each.
Crab[]
There is a crab running around. Catch it to receive the Crab follower form.
Snail Shrine[]
There is a snail shrine to the left of the jetty that you can offer a 
Shell to. Doing so is required for the Snail follower form.
Moon symbol[]
There is a moon symbol on the ground to the right of the Decoration shop. Visit it at night to do quests of the Fox.
