It is accessible after you have encountered the Mushroomos in Anura.

Tarot Cards shop[]
A shop that sells 4 Tarot Cards: Blazing Trail (35 
Coins), Weeping Moon (25 Coins), Kin of Turua (35 Coins), and The Path (35 Coins).
Decoration shop[]
A shop that sells Decorations in "General" and "Anura" categories. The costs are 50 Coins for Anura and Path-type decorations, and 25 Coins for General decorations.
Sozo's chamber[]
There are some point of interests inside Sozo's chamber:
Sozo[]
Interacting with Sozo to do his quests, and receive up to 4 Holy Talisman fragments. After all his quests have been done, Sozo will create a shrine inside the hut that generates Devotion. It can hold up to 30 Devotion points. Sozo will die and will not be able to be interacted with after returning to Spore Grotto once his quests are finished, hinted by the absence of all Mushroomos except for the shopkeepers in Spore Grotto.
Follower Form booth[]
You can buy random Follower forms from the "Anura" category with 20 Coins each.
Tent[]
Inside the yellow tent next to Sozo is the Little Mushroom decoration.
Snail Shrine[]
To the left of the chamber, there is a snail shrine that you can offer a 
Shell to. Doing so is required for the Snail follower form.
Moon symbol[]
To the left of the Decoration shop there is a moon symbol on the ground. Visit it at night to do quests of the Fox.
