The Hearts II is a Tarot Card.
Obtaining[]
Beat Ratau at a game of Knucklebones, then it can be found on future runs.
If you sacrifice Ratau to the Fox before beating him at Knucklebones, visiting Ratoo in the Hearts room will also give you the Hearts II card.
Strategy[]
Now this cards strategy applies to the Hearts 1 card so pick this if you don't want the other card or you want that extra bit of health.
