Witness Allocer is a boss found in the Silk Cradle biome.

Location

Witness Allocer is the fourth witness of Cult of the lamb, residing in Silk Cradle. after beating Shamura and returning to Silk Cradle you will find Shamura's statue with an "X" on it, when broken there will be a red portal, if you want to fight Allocer do not go through the portal; instead, continue the run until you would reach the miniboss's room, where you will encounter Allocer.

Description

Allocer is a Spider-like Witness with 11 legs and 18 eyes along with a gaping mouth with 8 teeth and a black ichor coming out. Allocer's abdomen is bandaged up with green pustules coming through. The witness's legs are attached to a huge spider web they are presumably standing on.

Combat

Witness Allocer's first attack is firing many projectiles in a spiral pattern. Its second attack is firing a huge radial burst of projectiles, similar to Scorpion but in a radius. Its third attack is firing many projectiles in the direction of The Lamb/The Goat that spawn poison puddles.

After taking a significant amount of damage, Witness Allocer will teleport away, spawning many Silk Cradle enemies. These have to be killed in order for Witness Allocer to come back.

This continues until Witness Allocer is dead.

Loot

Witness Allocer will drop a lot of coins, fervour, and an eye of the witness from a chest after the fight, you will also be able to convert them to your cult after defeating them.

Trivia

The name "Allocer" or "Alloces" comes from The Lesser Key of Solomon, a 17th-century grimoire compiling texts on sorcery, angels, and demons. The first book of the grimoire, the Ars Goetia ("Art of Witchcraft"), lists a hierarchy of demons that rule over Hell, listing Alloces as a Great Duke or Great Earl of Hell. He is described as taking the form of a fire-breathing, lion-headed soldier riding a horse.
